Returns & refunds

All items are made to order via Printful. Here is what we can and cannot do if something goes wrong.

Made to order

Every item in the Anomaly Daily shop is printed on demand — nothing is warehoused. Your order triggers production when you place it. Because items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection.

Please review size guides carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit or materials, ask before you order.

Defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or otherwise not as described, you qualify for a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. To request one:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include a clear photo showing the defect or misprint alongside the item label.
  3. We will review and confirm eligibility within 3 business days, then initiate a replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Printful handles all production and fulfillment. Claims go through us — you do not need to contact Printful directly.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier first (tracking number is in your Shopify order confirmation). If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will work with Printful to investigate.

If tracking shows the package as still in transit after significantly longer than the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an inquiry with Printful.

All returns and refund requests go through the contact form. Select "Other" as the inquiry type and include your order number in the message.
