Affiliate disclosure
We link to books, instruments, and other items relevant to the cases we cover. Some of those links earn us a commission.
How it works
Anomaly Daily participates in affiliate advertising programs. When a case page includes a "Further reading" or product recommendation with an affiliate link, we note it on that page with the text "Affiliate links — if you buy through these links, we may earn a commission at no cost to you."
We only recommend items we think are genuinely relevant and useful. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial decisions about which cases we cover, how we cover them, or what conclusions we draw.
Programs we participate in
- Amazon Associates — As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc., or its affiliates.
- Bookshop.org — an affiliate program that directs a portion of each purchase to independent bookstores.
- AbeBooks — for out-of-print and rare books referenced in historical case material.
- Goldin — collectibles and auction items related to documented events.
- Adafruit / B&H Photo — electronics and equipment relevant to signal-monitoring cases.
Social media
When Anomaly Daily posts on social media about a case that has affiliate links on its case page, those posts are tagged #ad as required by FTC guidelines, even when no affiliate link appears directly in the post.
Questions
